different thinking

ATTITUDE is the whole ball game - over used, I know. It is simple to dismiss, think you know what it means, or to not give appropriate credence. Truly it is the most important, absolutely necessary factor in my success and in yours. I used meditation, visualization and affirmations. I will go into detail about what this means and how I did it and belief systems I changed. You define it for yourself and you will be miraculously different thinking in no time!

Don’t lie to yourself or others! There is no right/wrong - cheating - failing! The only goal is to treat yourself exceptionally well, take good care of yourself, inform yourself and make conscious choices in your best interest. Trust yourself!

Enjoy!!! This is NOT torture, not deprivation, not drudgery, not discipline (self or otherwise), nor willpower - this is hopeful, fulfilling, satisfying and rewarding, even fun and without fail life changing! (don’t mean to scare you with the 6 letter word c-h-a-n-g-e)
